My son, Eli, and I are riding in the fifteenth annual and LAST B Strong Bike Ride to help fund cancer care and celebrate cancer survivorship at the B Strong Center for integrative Care at Boulder Community Heath. 

I'm sure that if you think about all of the people in your life, you will find someone who has been touched by the devastating prognosis of cancer. 

In the spirit of A Word of Thanks, I'm asking for a micro donation of $5 that you might give in honor of those who have fought, lost and survived this terrible disease.

Since 2011 this event has raised over $5 million.

Boulder Community Health Center for Integrative Care (CIC) provides a wide range of services integrated with conventional cancer care that are clinically demonstrated to improve patients’ outcomes by enhancing wound healing, shortening hospital stays, and reducing pain medication needs, as well as lowering patient stress and anxiety.

CIC provides evidence-based care by certified and licensed practitioners for current cancer patients and cancer survivors, as well as their family members and caregivers, including:

• Manual Lymph Drainage
• Massage Therapy and Reflexology
• Reiki and Healing Touch Massage
• Wellness & Integrative Care Consultation
