Apparently I’ve decided that riding 105 miles around Cape Cod is a good idea. Let's make my pain and anguish worth it by supporting a great local non-profit.
This year I’m riding to raise money for Love Live Local (lovelivelocal.com) to support the small, local businesses that make the Cape so special.
I’m hoping to raise as much as I can, so if you’re willing to throw a few bucks my way, I’d really appreciate it. Every dollar helps, and it’s all staying local.
And if you’re not interested in donating, at least wish me luck. I’m definitely going to need it somewhere around mile 50 or so.

Love Live Local - Second Summer Cycle
Overview
The Second Summer Cycle is the perfect event for riders of all levels, offering a picturesque journey through 8 historic Cape Cod towns and a strong committment to rider safety. Four distances are being offered, 15, 30, 60, and 100 miles. The start and finish is at beautiful Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth where there will be a Finish Line Celebration from 12PM-4PM, including local beer, food trucks and live music.
Beneficiaries
18 Local non profits will benefit from the monies generated by the riders, each of whom is asked to raise at least $250 for their non-profit of choice, or to be disseminated across all participating charities, in addition to the registration fee.
