Meet the Harmony Riders

Seven riders. One mission. Together, we're tackling 700 miles — 100 miles for each rider — as part of NH Children's Trust's Ride for Resilience.

Chris, Bill, Kathy, Paul, Charmaine, Will, and Jack span three generations, from 18 to 86 years old, but they're united by one simple truth: every child deserves to thrive, and every family deserves the support to make that happen.

The Ride for Resilience highlights family strength and the many ways New Hampshire's network of support helps build individual, family, and community resilience. NHCT's mission is to ensure safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments for children by educating, advocating, and collaborating — work made possible by riders, donors, and communities who show up. Each of us is riding our own 100 miles, and together those miles add up to 700 — a full team effort, mile by mile, for every child in New Hampshire.

Our why is simple. We care deeply about kids. And we know that when parents and communities have real support, children get the chance to truly thrive.

Great progress to report! Here's where we stand as we ride toward our 700-mile goal — 100 miles each — for NH Children's Trust's Ride for Resilience.

Charmaine has been putting in the work all month, logging ride after ride and crossing 213 miles so far — well over the 200-mile mark! ??‍??

Kathy and Paul are cruising along together with 130 miles logged.

Chris and Bill kicked things off with a solid 10 miles on 9/1 and are just getting started.

Will, Jack, and the rest of the team have bigger rides planned in the weeks ahead, with rides and our fundraising continuing all the way through October 18th.

On September 18, 2026, the Ride will tour New Hampshire’s Capital Region to raise awareness about the statewide resources available to all NH families. The day promises to be filled with friends, scenic and beautiful vistas, route support and rest stops, and a fun end of ride celebration!

The New Hampshire Children's Trust's mission is leading the drive to strengthen families and communities, through education, advocacy, and collaboration, that prevents child abuse and neglect.  We envision a New Hampshire where all children thrive in safe, nurturing, and supportive environments. The Ride for Resilience is a 100 mile charity bicycle ride benefitting NH Children’s Trust and the network of family support who work to create safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children.
