I have completed the 100-mile ERRACE ride with my dad every summer since I was 16 (with a brief intermission to start PT school last year!). I have since been fortunate to join the ERRACE team that rides and runs everyday to support patients with cancer. This year the event has a special significance to me as I have started physical therapy school. I have witnessed firsthand how cancer affects patients' lives. The Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute and the LiveStrong Foundation support patients with cancer and their families by providing resources to improve quality of life and make the treatment process as comfortable as possible. I appreciate any and all support for the cause and am looking forward to seeing everyone at the event on July 14!

ERRACE 2018~ Everyone Ride/Run Against Cancer Everyday
ERRACE—Everyone Ride/Run Against Cancer Everyday, is a one-day event that will held at the Avon Cancer Center on Saturday, July 14, 2018 and will include a 25, 50, or 100-mile bike ride, 10 mile mountain bike ride and a 5 km run/walk. The beneficiaries are the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute and the Livestrong Foundation.
The ERRACE organization was created by a group of professionals with common goals. Together we strive to raise the awareness of cancer, raise funds for cancer research and to inspire the community to be active and health conscious.
We bring together our expertise from multiple aspects of business management, healthcare, community work, fund-raising and athletic endeavors. We are excited to share a fun, safe and inspiring event with the community for years to come.
