Hi Folks, I'm at it again! Ridng the Hungry Lion Bike Tour 2019 on 9/28/19, Spinning My Wheels for Meals in our local community. As I've mentioned, food insecurity is a real threat in the Deerfield Valley and in many other areas in Vermont and other states. All of our funds go to supporting our neighbors in some way, shape or form. Thanks for any help you can provide!
Cycling has gotten me on a much brighter path toward health. I likely will always struggle with weight (and stuff) but I know I am caring for my body better these days. Getting on my bike to train for events like this one has played a large role in this journey.

Hungry Lion Bike Tour
A benefit ride for the Hunger Relief Program that is spearheaded by the Whitingham-Halifax Lions. There will be 10,35, 55 and 75 mile tours. Participants are encouraged to solicit sponsorships and prizes will be awarded. Those who raise a modest amount are awarded a custom pro cycling jersey.
