Cinco de Mayo Benefit Bike Ride and Walk 2018
The Cinco de Mayo Benefit Bike Ride and Walk boasts 25 and 50 mile routes of scenic roads and challenging climbs. For more recreational riders, we also offer multiple route distances (up to 23 miles) along a flat, paved trail. All routes start and end at the Chester Valley Trail and culminate in a Mexican Fiesta that you won’t want to miss.
All proceeds benefit the PA Center for Adapted Sports which provides year round sport and recreation programs to people with disabilities and visual impairments. Some of their ongoing programs include rock climbing, track and field, skiing, triathlon, rowing, yoga, kayaking and of course, CYCLING!!!
PA Center for Adapted Sports
The PA Center for Adapted Sports (PCAS) is a local non-profit organization committed to improving the health and well-being of people with disabilities through lifestyle sport and recreation.
We recognize that sports and recreation are an essential ingredient to the physical and mental well-being of any individual. By providing specialized equipment and making adaptations where necessary, the Center makes it possible for our athletes to derive all the benefits of sport participation, including better health, improved self-esteem and dynamic social interactions.
A large network of exceptional volunteers makes it possible to provide an inclusive environment designed to focus on a common love of sport rather than a person's disability.
