Thanks for visiting my Manchester City Marathon powered by SNHU fundraising page! I've always been a firm beliver that if you're going to ask someone to do something you'd better be willing to do it yourself. So on November 4, 2018 I’ll be honoring my fellow service members, Veterans AND our first responders who defend our freedom by running the Manchester City Marathon powered by SNHU.
As you probably know I been involved with the Veterans Count Program since 2016 and I am very proud to say that all proceeds from the race will benefit Veterans Count, a program of Easterseals, which provides emergency financial assistance for veterans, service members and their families when no other resource is available.
Over the past 10 years, Veterans Count has served more than 9,500 with suicide prevention, homelessness, substance abuse treatment, employment, transportation, and mental health issues resulting from post-traumatic stress disorder and/or traumatic brain injury. These are men and women who are Veterans just like me but need a small hand-up to help them relize their full potential. Veterans Count invests in our service members, Veterans, and their families through a care coordination model and provides emergency financial assistance for food, home maintenance, housing, rent, fuel assistance, utilities, vehicle repair, gasoline, medical bills, and child care!
This year Tiffany and I will donate over $1,000 dollars to Veterans count through our sustaining gift and I am asking my friends and family to show your support for me match our pledge. I hope you can make a donation to help me reach my fundraising goal. $.90 of every dollar you give will go directly to helping veterans, service member and their families. All contributions are tax deductible.

Veterans Count, the philanthropic arm of Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Services (MVS), provides critical and timely financial assistance and services when no other resource is available to veterans, service members and their families, to ensure their dignity, health and overall well-being.
Veterans Count continues to ensure that 90% of every net dollar raised is spent to provide services and grow resources for NH veterans, service members and their families.
In 2007, Veterans Count was developed in partnership with Easterseals NH (ESNH), the NH National Guard, and the NH Dept. of Health and Human Services. The program provides services and resources to veterans of all eras and their families. MVS Care Coordinators work with individuals and families to create a care plan toward self-sufficiency. Since ESNH launched the program, over 17,500 individuals have been served. Philanthropic dollars, totaling more than $4 million, have been distributed to provide financial support for food, utilities, housing, transportation, fuel, and vehicle repair.
