I am so excited to be participating in the 1st Annual Green Beret with a Mission Challenge. As part of this event, I am raising money for Veterans and I will also be participating in thie event in memory of a fallen soldier from NH. Please help me reach my fundraising goal.

Green Beret With A Mission Challenge
Our 1st Annual Green Beret With A Mission Challenge to honor our Veterans will take place on Friday, July 9, 2021. This charity event is designed to give adventure athlete teams, including from a Crossfit or other sports background a test of endurance while providing a taste of the physical and mental challenges Army Special Forces soldiers face in accomplishing some of their real-world missions. It will be a fun, challenging event led by Army Green Berets!
This event is a cooperative effort between Swim With A Mission, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting Veterans services and the Patriot Resilient Leader Institute, also a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which runs outdoor therapeutic retreats for military personnel, veterans and First Responders.
Teams must have a minimum of 5 members up to a maximum of 10. The registration fee is $50 per person. Also, teams are encouraged to fundraise to the best of their abilities since all the proceeds go to programs that serve military, veterans and first responders. More details about fundraising are below.

DETAILS:
The ultimate physical, mental, and teamwork challenge! Each team will negotiate a course with multiple stations where they will be required to complete Special Forces mission tasks that will challenge them physically and mentally. Teams in each category that complete the course the fastest and having the highest score will receive awards and prizes. After completing the course, each team is invited to enjoy a BBQ meal and mingle with Army Green Berets (and hear some “Special Forces stories” if so inclined!). This is a truly unique and fun opportunity for endurance, crossfit, and adventure athletes!
SCHEDULE:
More details will be shared closer to the event, but each team will be assigned a starting time and an Army Green Beret soldier who will accompany them on the course. Awards and prizes will be presented at the closing ceremony at the end of the competition. If teams decide to not stay or return for the closing ceremony, their awards and prizes will be mailed to them.
FUNDRAISING: Swim With A Mission is a fundraiser to help Veterans so we encourage all teams to fundraise to the best of their abilities. Every dollar helps! When you register, your team will automatically receive a link to a fundraising page. Please use this link to create a unique page for your supporters. Please fundraise through the link that is created through Pledgereg or send funds directly to us payable to Swim With A Mission Inc and clearly note who should receive the credit for the donation. Fundraising is done on a team-by-team basis and recognition will be given to the top fundraisers at the event. All incentives will be based on fundraising completed by 7/9 (except T-shirts). Remember, EVERYONE can fundraise!
