Thank you for visiting my Cigna/Elliot Corporate 5K Road Race fundraising page!
In August I’ll be participating in the Cigna/Elliot Corporate 5K Road Race in downtown Manchester to help fund and build a new, comprehensive, $29M Elliot Regional Cancer Center in Manchester to better serve our families, friends and neighbors. The new center will bring day surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, infusion and other treatments under a single roof for patient and family convenience. The new center will also add a new, local thoracic surgery option, as well as a new Nurse Navigator Program to help each patient (and their family members) during their cancer care journey. This will be the ONLY cancer center like it here in southern New Hampshire!
I hope you and/or your company can make a donation, at any level that works for you, to help me reach my fundraising goal. Your donation is tax deductible, and you will receive an automated gift receipt when you make your gift. Thank you for your support, and for helping to improve the cancer services and treatments available locally.
Cigna / Elliot Corporate 5k Road Race
We are raising much-needed funds for the expansion of the Elliot Regional Cancer Center in Manchester, New Hampshire. The new cancer center will bring nearly all services and treatments into a convenient single location here in Manchester, unlike any other facility in southern New Hampshire. We are also initiating a unique “Patient and Family Navigator Program” to guide patients and their families through the entire cancer care journey, as well as introduce infusion services into our new center slated to open in the Fall of 2020.Together, we ensure Hope is Here.
As you register for the race, you will be emailed a link to a pre-loaded and personalized fundraising page. You can share why supporting expanded cancer care locally is important to you, and you can share your personal fundraising page with friends, co-workers and family members. Be sure to also post your link on social media to encourage your friends to support the race, and our work to further improve cancer care for our community. You may also modify this page with photos, your own story, personal goals, and more.
All contributions will be managed by the Mary & John Elliot Charitable Foundation, a charitable, tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing financial support to the various needs of the local community and of the Elliot Health System. 100% of the net proceeds received by the Foundation will be directed to the capital campaign for the new Elliot Regional Cancer Center.
