Hello friends and family!

I'm once again planning to toe the line at the VT100 race in July 2020! This will be my 9th year participating in this awesome event and I am SUPAH STOKED! Many of you know how much I truly love running (especially the VT100 in particular), but even moreso just how much I love doing what I can to support this amazing cause. VT Adaptive provides opportunities to folks who otherwise wouldn't be able to get out and enjoy outdoor activities...be that skiing, hiking, biking, horseback riding, and so much more! I can't imagine not sharing my ability in a way that helps others access theirs...and this is the best way I know how! I LOVE to run, not only for how it makes me feel, but for the community it has opened up to me...and I hope to do my best for that community as well as all of YOU who support me and my crazy miles along the way!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in past years, and to everyone who is supporting me this year...2020 is THE YEAR!!! Special shout out to my one and only WingMan, Nick...he is the reason I believe in the power of change that Adaptive Sports can bring, and one of my biggest reasons why I continue to do what I do.

Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports provides sports and recreational programs as well as wellness and environmental retreats to people with disabilities. Their programs are offered to people of all ages, with a variety of disabilities, including Veteran-specific programs! Programs include skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and Nordic in the winter; and sailing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, cycling, rock climbing, horseback riding, and more in the warmer months.

Please consider donating what you can to help me reach my goal and help Vermont Adaptive meet their goal too!
Thank you so much!
