Welcome to my fundraising page for the 10th annual Will Bike 4 Food! This is a fun cyling event that helps feed our neighbors in need and end hunger in western Mass. by raising funds and awareness for The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. Every $1 can provide 4 meals for a local family who needs them most. I am riding with the Tighe & Bond team whose home office is in Westfield, MA.
As the pandemic continues, many people are still out of work and can't afford to keep food on the table for their families. I remember a time long ago when my mother received public support to help feed three young children, so this cause is close to my heart.
My personal goal is to ride 150 miles during the month of September. Please consider a donation of ten cents per mile. If you do the math, that would be a contribution of $15 if I meet my goal. Or, contributions of any size to my efforts are appreciated. 100% of your donation will go to support The Food Bank's mission (unavoidable credit card fees notwithstanding). All donations are tax deductible. Thank you!
If you'd like to get in the action, ride with me this Hunger Action Month! Register at willbike4food.org.

Since 1982, The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts has been feeding our neighbors in need and leading the community to end hunger. We distribute food to our member agencies in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden and Hampshire counties. These independent pantries, meal sites and shelters are on the front lines of emergency food assistance in our region, playing a crucial role helping individuals, families, seniors and children. Every $1 donated to The Food Bank can purchase 4 meals for a family who needs them most.
