Welcome to Bill & Herb's Excellent Adventure and thank you for visiting our fundraising page!
This year between Oct. 24-31, we will be participating in Exeter Hospital's United in Wellness Cancer Walk & Trick or Treat Trot 5K as the community comes together to help support the Beyond the Rainbow Fund at Exeter Hospital's Center for Cancer Care.
Cancer has unfortunately impacted the lives of far too many. In fact, most of us know someone who has heard the devastating words, “You have cancer." Bill and Herb both heard that message, and with hard work and amazing treatment at Exeter Hospital and Mass General Hospital, they both beat it and are now here to help others with their battles.
The Beyond the Rainbow Fund (BTR) provides direct financial help to cancer patients at Exeter Hospital to help them pay for rent, mortgage, utilities, food, child care, transportation, wellness programs and more to try and help ease their burden while they fight this disease. Every dollar that is raised at the Cancer Walk & Trot goes directly to the Beyond the Rainbow Fund.

United in Wellness VIRTUAL Cancer Walk and Trick or Treat Trot 5K
Celebrate Halloween and support the Beyond the Rainbow Fund with a week of fun and fitness Saturday, October 24 to Saturday, October 31 as the community comes together to support cancer treatment programs and services at Exeter Hospital's Center for Cancer Care . Now in its eighth year, this fun, festive, family-friendly community event has become an annual tradition for many.
The 5K course is geared towards participants of all skill levels. Prizes to top individual and team fundraisers, 5K division winners and best costume! Enjoy post race snacks, face painting, gift bags for kids and more! Children ages 10 or under may also participate in the Creepy Crawler Fun Run, a short distance, non-competitive run.
Walk, Run, Donate, Fundraise, Create a Team, Volunteer – YOU can make a difference. Your support will make a significant impact on our patients and their families as they navigate through their cancer journey, ensuring exceptional care close to home.
Embrace the spirit of the holiday and dress in your favorite Halloween costume!
