Hello All
As many of you know, The Hungry Lion Bike Tour has been my passion project for many years and I am so grateful for all the support friends and family have shown year after year. I have been a member of our planning committee since we began back in 2012 and took over as Chair after our dear founder Joe Specht passed in 2017.
This will be my 10th ride and after crunching the numbers - I am excited to say that in 9 years, my people have contributed $17,309! What generosity! I'm shooting to hit the $19,000 mark by the end of this event. I would be grateful for any support you can provide!
Thank you for helping us to fight hunger in the Deerfield Valley!
Julie

Each year, our local LIONS CLUB works hard to raise funds for our neighbors in need by sponsoring The Hungry Lion Bike Tour , one of Southern Vermont’s premier cycling events, typically attracting hundreds of riders, friends and family members to our region. We are able to run this professional-caliber event thanks to dedicated volunteers AND the enthusiastic contributions from participants and their sponsors! Our 2022 Event will be held in person with a Virtual Option for those not able to attend in person. We've also added an option for folks who would like to walk/hike!
