As a therapist for 12 years and a mental health professional for 17 years, I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact of mental health struggles on individuals and their loved ones. For the past 2 years, I’ve worked with Uwill to support student mental health and wellness, for more than 2 million students at 300+ colleges across the country. I am proud to be on Team Uwill for The Ride for Mental Health 2024.
By pedaling alongside fellow supporters, I aim to not only raise awareness but also raise funds for McLean Hospital. McLean's dedication to education, research, and treatment embodies the holistic approach needed to address mental health issues affecting our youth and young adults.
I appreciate your support of my ride. I appreciate your support of Uwill’s mission to offer immediate mental health and wellness support eliminating all barriers to care. And I appreciate your support of McLean Hospital.

The Ride for Mental Health 2024
The Ride for Mental Health is one of the first rides in the country to benefit mental health. The proceeds raised will be donated to McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, for the education, research, and treatment of mental illness including anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, eating disorders and substance abuse. Our mission is to raise funds for McLean so that we can help accelerate the progress being made to help others who suffer from mental illness.
We also hope to end the stigma surrounding mental illness through education and awareness. The promotion of this ride is a start. Many if not most of us are touched by close friends and relatives who have suffered from one type or another of mental illness.
