Thank you for visiting my Runaway Pumpkin fundraising page!
On October 26th, I will be running the Runaway Pumpkin 10K/5K in Laconia, NH.
The event is a community effort to raise funds for the WOW Trail a multi-use rail trail enjoyed by bikers, walkers and runners of all ages and a point of pride for Laconia.
WOW Trail's mission is to promote, design, build and maintain a nine mile recreation path through the City of Laconia (and alongside three beautiful lakes: Winnipesaukee, Opechee & Winnisquam) as a part of the regional rail trail network that will one day connect Meredith to Franklin. The first 2.5 miles of the WOW Trail are complete and connect with the first section of the Winnisquam Scenic Trail together offering 4.5 miles of trail to enjoy! WOW Trail is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Your donation supports the WOW Trail and all contributions are tax deductible.
Thank you for your support!

The WOW Trail is a paved, 10 foot wide, multi-use rail trail in the City of Laconia enjoyed by bikers, walkers and runners of all ages.
Built within the State of New Hampshire owned railroad right-of-way, alongside the active tracks currently leased to the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, the trail currently spans from Elm Street in Lakeport to downtown Laconia and then on to the Belmont town line where it meets with Belmont’s Winnisquam Scenic Trail, creating 4.25 miles of continuous trail between Lakeport and Belmont’s Osborne’s Agway.
The WOW Trail has become a unifying landmark and point of pride for the City of Laconia.
