Mental health is a resource every person deserves access to—without fear, shame, or punishment. Too often, people are harmed simply for needing help. Destigmatizing mental health begins with recognizing these services as essential, not optional.
With homelessness increasing and substance use on the rise, preventative mental health care is more critical than ever. Our schools, healthcare providers, and court systems need proper training to respond with understanding, not exclusion.
Supporting mental health initiatives means supporting people at their most vulnerable moments. When you give, you’re telling your community: we see you, we care, and you don’t have to face this alone.
