We are about halfway through our CO summer, and Sawyer is riding in Ned Gravel this Saturday, 7/12. He has his panda bike kit ready, his tires pumped, and has been training for a few months to prepare for this big endeavor! The Bronze Course is a 10 mile course with 1100+ feet elevation gain, high in the Rockies at 8700ft. He will conquer mile-long hills and grind along the beautiful dirt/gravel roads of our hometown.
In years past, Jim and I have participated in the Silver 20 mile course, but this year, Sawyer showed interest in challenging himself to the beginner course! This is no easy feat for an 8 year old…but we are so proud of him for putting his mind to a hard thing and making it happen. GO SAWYER!
We are raising money in support of this big challenge to help our local youth sports programs in the Peak to Peak region. You can learn more about this non-profit at http://peaktopeakendurance.com
We hope you'll consider making a donation of any amount to help Sawyer reach his fundraising goal! FUNDRAISING PAGE: https://www.Pledgereg.com/491952
Thanks so much for your support!

Ned Gravel
Ned Gravel is a mainstay in the Colorado gravel community thanks to it's inclusive nature and amazing courses. Ned Gravel pushes each of us to be our best and acheive our goals. Ned Gravel is also the largest fundraiser for Peak to Peak Endurance Foundation, a Nederland based nonprofit that supports and funds youth programs across the Peak to Peak region. Funds raised through Ned Gravel and PledgeReg go to support all of our programs and specifically our scholarship program that allows anyone to participate, regardless of ability to pay.
Peak to Peak Endurance Foundation was founded in 2023 with a mission to support and fund youth programs in the greater Peak to Peak region to bolster the endurance and vitality of our youth community. We operate programs like youth soccer, basketball, hockey and mountain biking as well as supporting existing programs at the high school and library. We also operate multiple large fundraising events like Ned Gravel, NedNed Trail Fest and Longmont Gravel.
