Hey everyone!
This year, I’m taking on the B-Strong Ride, a cause that is deeply personal and very close to my heart.
Alongside my awesome Scout Clean Energy Team (Scouts for Will), I’ll be tackling the longest, most challenging route: the 68-mile Mountain Loop! We’ll be climbing over 5,000 vertical feet up Left Hand Canyon, riding the Peak to Peak Highway, and pushing through inclines of up to 12% to help leave cancer behind.
We are doing this to raise crucial funds for the Boulder Community Health Center for Integrative Care (CIC). They fund a complete year of essential, evidence-based care—like acupuncture, medical massage, and therapy—that reduces pain, lowers stress, and improves outcomes for cancer patients, survivors, and their families. Since its start, B-Strong has raised over $5 million for local cancer charities, and our team wants to keep that momentum going.

B Strong Ride
B Strong Ride is a bicycle event that celebrates cancer survivorship and funds a complete year of cancer care at the B Strong Center for Integrative Care at Boulder Community Health.
This critical care has a dramatic impact for people battling cancer. Supporting it moves our riders and sponsors to super-human efforts.

- Not just cyclists. B Strong is a family event with outstanding food and entertainment throughout the day. During and after the ride, Celestial Seasonings will be open for tours and tastings.

Boulder Community Health Center for Integrative Care (CIC) provides a wide range of services integrated with conventional cancer care that are clinically demonstrated to improve patients’ outcomes by enhancing wound healing, shortening hospital stays, and reducing pain medication needs, as well as lowering patient stress and anxiety.
CIC provides evidence-based care by certified and licensed practitioners for current cancer patients and cancer survivors, as well as their family members and caregivers, including:

- Manual Lymph Drainage
- Massage Therapy and Reflexology
- Reiki and Healing Touch Massage
- Wellness & Integrative Care Consultation
