I’m participating in the The Alianza 5K: Cider Donut Dash, on September 26th, because I believe everyone deserves to live free from violence and fear.
There are people in our communities living with fear behind closed doors—people who smile in public while quietly carrying the pain of what happens at home. Some are afraid to leave. Some have left and are struggling to rebuild. Some are trying to protect their children while finding the courage to create a safer future. And some are still searching for the strength to believe that a different life is possible.
Domestic violence is not simply a private family matter. It is a reality that can take away a person's sense of safety, independence, dignity, and hope. But with the right support, survivors can reclaim those things.
Your contribution can help provide a safe place to stay, access to counseling and advocacy, transportation, emergency assistance, legal support, and the basic resources someone may need to begin again.
Most importantly, your support sends a powerful message:
“I believe you. You are not alone. You deserve to be safe. You deserve to be free. And your future matters.”
Let's give more than money. Let us give survivors hope. Let us give them a community that stands beside them when they are at their most vulnerable. No one should have to choose between staying in danger and having nowhere to go.Together, we can help make sure that every survivor has a path toward safety, healing, independence, and a life free from violence.
By supporting my fundraiser, you are helping Alianza DV Services provide free and confidential support, advocacy, and resources to survivors of domestic violence and their families throughout our community.
Alianza's work helps individuals find safety, build stability, and move forward with hope. I'm proud to support this mission and help raise awareness for an issue that affects far too many people.
I would be grateful for your support. Every donation, no matter the size, helps make a difference and shows survivors that they are not alone.
Thank you for supporting my fundraiser and being part of this important cause. Thank you for standing with survivors. Thank you for believing in their strength. And thank you for helping make a safer tomorrow possible.
