This June, I’m riding in The Ride for Mental Health in New Paltz, NY. I’m riding because it’s time we talk openly about mental health.
Mental health touches all of us, and many of us have watched someone we care about struggle. Every dollar raised supports the education, research, and treatment of mental illness. Since 2017, riders have raised more than $1.8 million for the cause.
Will you help me reach my goal? Any amount makes a difference, whether it’s $10, $25, or $100.
Thank you for supporting me and this cause!
The Ride for Mental Health 2027
The Ride for Mental Health is one of the first rides in the country to benefit mental health.
Every mile you ride and every dollar you raise supports the education, research, and treatment of mental illness, including anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Our mission is to help speed up progress for people living with mental illness, and we also support local nonprofits doing mental health work in our community. Since 2017, our riders have raised more than $1.8 million for the cause.
Many, if not most, of us have a friend or family member who has struggled with mental illness. That’s why we ride: to raise critical funds and to help end the stigma through education, awareness, and open conversation. It starts with one weekend in New Paltz, and with you.
