Our Hospital stands on the foundation of Arioch Wentworth's legacy, but the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital of the early 21st century is vastly different from the small Hospital that opened its doors in 1906. Ongoing philanthropy is an essential predicate for progress and growth. With the fierce challenges of operating a successful contemporary healthcare organization the need for broad gift support is greater than ever.
