Thank you for visiting my BC Race to Educate fundraising page!
As many of you know, this is my second year teaching Pre-K at St. Columbkille Partnership School. I never saw myself teaching pre-k, but I was so drawn to this school. So I told myself, "I can do anything for a year," and accepted this position teaching pre-k! Little did I know I would fall in love with the school, its mission, this amazing community, and teaching 3 and 4-year-olds....so here I am finishing up my second year here!
Our school is teaming up with Boston College for the 6th Annual BC Race to Educate. I recently told myself, "I can do anything for 3.1 miles." Yes, you heard right. Anything. Even run. So I will be participating in this race - and I hope you will too! You can support me and my school by donating, running, or even simply sending me SO MANY prayers.
On April 30th, I will be on campus at Boston College to participate in the 6th Annual BC Race to Educate. All race proceeds support my school, a K-8 Catholic elementary school serving Allston-Brighton and surrounding neighborhoods. All contributions are tax deductible. Cool, right?
We are having a contest at school to see which class can register the most runners and who can raise the most money. I hope you can help us win! To register to run, or donate, please visit www.bcracetoeducate.com.
If you want to learn more about my awesome school, please visit www.stcps.org.
Thank you!
With love,
Margaret
