El Tour de Tucson is a 501(c)3 non-profit that rides to support charities, community, health and wellness.   We create a Life Changing Experience for all of Life's Cycles.

Since 1983 more than 100 local, national, and international non-profit charities have raised over $101 million for their own organizations and causes. Each year, Arizona Disabled Sports trains its team of long distance cyclists during its fall season to prepare for the El Tour de Tucson race. Now partnering with Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports and University of Arizona Adaptive Athletics, we hope to highlight adaptive cycling in the state of Arizona and get more riders with a physical disability there to join us.

Since 1989, Arizona Disabled Sports (AzDS) has provided adaptive sports and recreation opportunities to individuals with an intellectual, physical or visual impairment. AzDS believes in the physical, emotional and social benefits sports and recreation activities provide and strives to offer opportunities that empower and include individuals of all abilities. We offer short and long distance adaptive cycling for individuals with a physical impairment, with many of our cyclists training weekly in preparation for El Tour de Tucson. This year, we are collaborating with University of Arizona Adaptive Athletics and Southern Arizona Adaptive Sports to increase the number of adaptive cyclists able to participate in El Tour and highlight the opportunities available throughout the state of Arizona for individuals with physical disabilities.
