The CSU Cobb Lake Road Race and Oval Criterium have been staples of the Colorado road racing seen for decades, and while an alternate crit course will be used this year due to construction on the CSU campus, we expect the new course to be just as fun. The main feature of the Cobb Lake road race is its gravel road climb into paved finishing kicker, showcasing some of Colorados best gravel roads. The new Oval course will be taking place south of campus by the University Tennis Courts, with 6 corners and wide open course, we hope the spirit of the original course will shine through for this edition.

The Colorado State Unverisity Cycling Team is a student run collegiate club team that aims to provide a welcoming environment for those who wish to ride bikes, as well as race them. Each year we host the Cobb Lake Road Race and Oval Criterium as our main fundraising event in order to provide housing and race support (nutrition, equipment, etc.) for team members. Due to the pandemic, we have not been able to host this even ourselves for 2 years, which is why we are asking for donations to the team.
