Calmer Choice helps reconnect children and those who serve them with the inner capacities they need to feel grounded, resourced, and capacble of leading lives of kindness and compassion.
Being a member of the Calmer Choice staff has been an extraordinary opportunity to live and share my passion for mindfulness in the community where I was born and raised. It has meant offering services to children and adults that can be transformative for individuals, classrooms, and communities.
I joined the team as Chief Program Officer in the fall of 2021 and it has been quite a ride these last two years! Together with an incredible team, we have imagined and implemented a new program model, returned to schools after the pandemic, trained new instructors, elaborated a new strategic plan, and become a closer working team.
This past school year we brought mindfulness to:
- 3 School Districts
- 10 Elemtary Schools
- 189 Classrooms
- 3,000+ students
Please support me to continue this work which is so profoundly aligned with my personal path of practice and my desire to be deeply re-rooted in the Cape Cod community.
With much gratitude,
Sarah
