September 13th, I’m proud to be riding in the Second Summer Cycle in support of Sharing Kindness, an organization whose mission is very personal to me. I have close friends who have experienced the unimaginable loss to suicide, as well as people close to me who struggle with mental health challenges. I’ve seen how deeply these experiences can affect individuals and families and how important it is that no one feels they have to face them alone.
Sharing Kindness is building a grief-sensitive, suicide-aware Cape & Islands community, providing programs that reduce suicide risk, support those who are struggling, provide comfort and support to those who are grieving, and help break down the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide loss.
I’m riding for the people we’ve lost, for those who miss them every day, and for those who are still struggling. My hope is that every mile I ride and every dollar we raise helps create a community with more understanding, connection, compassion, and kindness. I would be incredibly grateful for your support.
THANK YOU!
