On Sunday, September 13th, our family will be riding in the Annual "Second Summer Cycle". Our cycling team is “Ride For Tomorrow- Team Nick”. We will be riding in memory of our son Nicholas and all of those who have been affected by mental health struggles and suicide.
Nicholas was a kind, caring, and compassionate soul. We were blessed to have him as our son, brother, cousin, grandson, nephew, and friend for 31 years. While he ultimately could not overcome his struggles with mental health, we carry his light with us every single day.
Our family is raising funds for Sharing Kindness, an organization that has been an anchor for us during the most difficult period of our lives, by helping us navigate the unthinkable. They continue to provide essential grief support to families across the Cape and Islands who are navigating life after loss. Please help us reach our goal and end the silence surrounding suicide.

***The Second Summer Cycle is the perfect event for riders of all levels, offering a picturesque journey through 8 historic Cape Cod towns and a strong committment to rider safety. We will be riding through many of the communities Sharing Kindness supports and we hope you will both cheer us on and consider making a donation to support the work of SHARING KINDNESS! Four distances are being offered, 15, 30, 60, and 100 miles. The start and finish is at beautiful Smugglers Beach in South Yarmouth where there will be a Finish Line Celebration from 12PM-4PM, including local beer, food trucks and live music.
