The Valley Veterans Ride for Heroes is a charity bicycle ride to raise funds dedicated to helping America's combat veterans and their families. All fundraising will benefit Boulder Crest Retreat, a therapeutic and wellness center in Bluemont, Virginia which works with combat veterans and their families, enabling them to learn to deal with the stresses and trauma of their combat experiences.

This benefit ride is a fundraiser hosted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars to raise money for Boulder Crest Retreat, a therapeutic and wellness center for combat veterans and their families who are dealing with the stresses of their combat experiences. After nineteen years of continuous war in Afghanistan and Iraq, our combat veterans, many of whom have deployed multiple times, and their families are paying a terrible price for their service to the nation. Our event supports Boulder Crest Retreat's mission of turning "struggle into strength".
