ERRACE, which stands for Everyone Ride/Run Against Cancer Everyday, is a charitable organization whose primary beneficiary is The Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center. The goal is to ERASE cancer. The main fundraiser for ERRACE is Saturday July 16th, a charity ride from The Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center in Avon. The day includes various distance bike rides, a MTN bike option, a 5k Walk/Run, wellness tents, family friendly activities and fabulous food. To come out and participate, Register Now.
My cycling team, “ERRACE, presented by DSO Manufacturing,” is made up of local amateur male and female racers. All of the team’s winnings go to ERRACE and we ride in support of them all year. Every donation benefits The Hartford Hospital Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center and the Livestrong Foundation. The Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center is a nationally-recognized center for the treatment of patients with cancer, and one of the largest of its kind in the Northeast United States. It houses not only many talented and experienced medical specialists and support personnel, but the latest in technologic equipment to provide cutting edge, state-of-the-art care. More than 50,000 patient visits are made annually to this Center.

ERRACE—Everyone Ride/Run Against Cancer Everyday, is a one-day event will held at the Avon Cancer Center on Saturday, July 8, 2017and will include a 25, 50, or 100-mile bike ride, 15 mile mountain bike ride and a 5 run/walk. The beneficiaries are the Hartford Hospital Helen and Harry Gray Cancer Center of Avon, and the LiveStrong Foundation.
The ERRACE organization was created by a group of professionals with common goals. Together we strive to raise the awareness of cancer, raise funds for cancer research and to inspire the community to be active and health conscious.
We bring together our expertise from multiple aspects of business management, healthcare, community work, fund-raising and athletic endeavors. We are excited to share a fun, safe and inspiring event with the community for years to come.
